Ninety is run by two people in Tetouan, Morocco. This page says what we collect on ninetyplanner.com and in the Ninety app, and why.

What we collect

  • Your email address, only if you type it into the free sample form or the list form, and only after you confirm it from the email we send. We use it to send the sample, the short email sequence described on the form, and news about Ninety. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect at once.
  • Purchase details for the digital edition are handled by Payhip, which processes the payment and sends you the file. We see your email and what you bought so we can help if the file does not open. We never see your card details.
  • Purchases of the paperback on Amazon and of the coil edition on Lulu are handled entirely by those companies under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your name or address from them.
  • Basic, anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics: pages viewed, country, device type. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.
  • On two pages (the free sample page and the digital edition page) we use the Meta pixel to measure whether our ads work. It loads only after you accept it in the notice shown on those pages. You can decline and the pages work the same.

The app

  • The Ninety app stores your start date, goals, habits and daily entries in your own browser on your own device. Nothing leaves your device unless you choose "Sync across devices", which creates an account with your email through a sign-in link and stores the same data on our database (hosted by Supabase) so you can open it elsewhere. You can delete that account and its data from the app's settings, and we delete it within 30 days.

Who else sees data

  • Payhip (checkout and file delivery), Resend (sending the emails you asked for), Supabase (the email list and app sync), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Meta (the pixel, only with your consent). Each is bound by its own policy and processes data only to provide the service.
  • We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, or write to [email protected].
  • Ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it: [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
  • Residents of California and the European Economic Area have specific rights under their laws; the email above is the way to exercise them.

Children

  • Ninety is a planner for anyone old enough to keep one, but the website, the list and the app are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes

  • When this page changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced by email to the list.
